9. Training Hub Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Training Hub account and remove all associated personal data, please contact us at support@standingsupernaturally.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will respond within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 7 business days. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.

10. YouTube API Services

Some of our internal tools use YouTube API Services to manage our own YouTube channel — for example, detecting when we go live so we can display our live stream, reading comments on our own videos so we can respond, and viewing statistics for our own videos. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our use of information received from YouTube API Services adheres to the Google Privacy Policy. We access only data from our own channel and retain it only as long as needed to operate these features; cached YouTube data is refreshed or deleted on an ongoing basis, and it is never sold or shared. You can review the permissions you have granted and revoke our access at any time through the Google security settings page.
